  "I developed it. It's a bination of the Rasengan and Wind Release. Not bad, huh?" Shin grinned.

  Tsunade eechless. This Jutsu was S-rank level, and Shin had developed it? She felt a pang of jealousy. This kid was a monster! How could on Shinobi like her pete?
