  Tang San hugged her tightly as she felt cold shivers run down her spine.

  "Don't worry." He muttered to her, his voice dark and expression tight. "I'll kill her and whoever else wants to harm you before they ."

  "Thank you." She muttered and closed her eyes, enjoying the warmth.

  Zhao Wujis went to them and eyed the siblings before he quieted and wao head to them. Ning Feng put her hand on his shoulder, stopping him wordlessly. He stared at her briefly before leaving the siblings alone in their moment. Tang Yin decided to let go of Tang San and took a deep breath. Then she smiled. It was no use being depressed. Lucy wasn't worth her thoughts right now.

  "Let's go," Tang Yin muttered to herself and received a pat on the shoulder before Tang San headed ahead with her right on his heels. Zhao Wuji let out a sigh, mustering his students.

  "We will seek a good camp location tonight and head back to school tomorrow. The way home will be slower as I want to further train you on survival teiques on the way back. We will cover things such as first aid for injuries, staying hidden, so on. The ones who have hunted with me before know I always have such sessions on the way home; this will be for most of you, a first for the others, a good to freshen up the basics."

  Not too far from her, Ning Feng cuddled with Xiao Wu, both dozing, their eyes closed, catg a bit of rest. Ma Hongjun and Dai Mubai were pying cards halfheartedly, Ning R and Zhu Zhuquing were Meditating, while Zhao Wuji kept his attention on their surroundings, assuring nothing was missed. Whehere was an unfamiliar sound from the forest's background held the attention of all present as they stopped doing whatever they were doing.

  Oscar opened his eyes at some point, then he ughed, both arms spread wide, and stood up doing a small happy dance while ughing. All eyes on him, he announced, one hand pointing to the sky. "You will not believe the ability I got!"

  Dai Mubai, who had just surrendered his cards to Ma Hongjun, who definitely had the better hand, looked at him curiously. Everyone waiting for him to tell them what ability he had gained.

  "The flying sausage." He announced, and a Sausage appeared in his hand. "Allows you to fly for two minutes."

  Everyoared at him. "That's so cool." Ma Honjun finally erased and ighe still, slightly down atmosphere. In his wake, Xiao Wu and Ning Feng did a thumbs up as Xiao Wu hugged Oscar enthusiastically.

  "I run." Zhao Wuji announced. "Even flying, you brats 't keep up with me."

  "I will run. I don't mind," Tang San said with a smile, joined by Xiao Wu. "Me as well. I run, but I want to try it out ter."

  "Alright." Then Oscar jured more of his flying sausages. For Ning R, Ning Feng, Dai Mubai, Himself, and Zhu Zhuqing and hahem out. Ma Honjun spread his wings, and then he flew upwards. The others ate their sausages. A pair of translut wings appear on their wings, a bit like those of a butterfly.

  "Fairy Wings," Yin giggled excitedly. Then, I followed Ma Honjun, who led the way. They stayed low on the ground, ensuring they wouldn't lose their panions. Ning Feng ughed joyfully as she twisted mid-air, her hands spread wide. Tang Yin joined her as they dahrough the sky, the clearing ing closer and closer wheire forest quaked.

  They all fell to the ground and shouted in surprise as they held on to whatever they found.

  "What the...?" Zhao Wuji looked around.

  "Ahquake?" Yin shouted and secured herself with lianes, stretg them out to others.

  Xiao Wu slipped out of her grasp and looked at her, shaking her head. Then the earth quaked again. Zaho Wuji let out a scream. "Cover!" Then the ground trembled, and Tang San shouted as he shot forward when Xiao Wu let out a high, pierced scream.
