Chapter 2: Toneri ōtsutsuki's Talent Trait
As a transmigrator, Izayoi possessed a much higher narrative perspective, higher than anyone else on this pnet, at least.

When the Sage of Six Paths was no longer the Ten-Tails Jinchūriki, he pced the Gedo Statue (Demonic Statue of the Outer Path) on the Moon.
To watch over the Gedo Statue, Hamura ōtsutsuki led a portion of the ōtsutsuki cn members to reside on the Moon.
The branch of the cn that remained on Earth gradually evolved into the Hyūga Cn over the millennium.
Just as the Sage of Six Paths possessed the ultimate dōjutsu, the Rinnegan, and his two sons could potentially awaken it by uniting their powers (two extremes becoming one), Hamura ōtsutsuki also had an ultimate dōjutsu: the Tenseigan, possessing the power of destruction and creation.
His descendants, by fulfilling conditions simir to 'uniting the two extremes,' had the hope of awakening the Tenseigan. Furthermore, unlike the difficulty of obtaining the Rinnegan, there was also a secret method for the Tenseigan: fusing a rge number of Byakugan together.
The ōtsutsuki cn on the Moon met its demise precisely because of this tter method.
Currently, on the Moon, only Toneri ōtsutsuki should remain.
At the age of three, Izayoi's fsh of inspiration – temporarily abandoning the idea of copying Naruto Uzumaki or Sasuke Uchiha's talent traits – came from thinking about Toneri ōtsutsuki.
As the st descendant of the branch family of the ōtsutsuki cn on the Moon, Toneri ōtsutsuki possessed a pure ōtsutsuki bloodline. His degree of atavism (closeness to the original ancestor) was equivalent to that of Ashura ōtsutsuki or Indra ōtsutsuki to Hagoromo.
This purity granted Toneri ōtsutsuki talent comparable to the Sage Body.
Madara Uchiha only awakened the Rinnegan near the end of his natural life after integrating Hashirama Senju's cells.
Toneri ōtsutsuki, however, needed only a few days to evolve his own Byakugan (impnted ones) into the Tenseigan. Upon awakening it, he could immediately enter Tenseigan Chakra Mode, form Truth-Seeking Orbs, and unleash techniques like the Silver Wheel Reincarnation Explosion and the Golden Wheel Reincarnation Explosion capable of splitting the Moon.
His talent and chakra were astonishing, even more exaggerated than Naruto Uzumaki's and Sasuke Uchiha's. If he were to come live on Earth from the Moon, he would be the number one 'cheat user'.
If he also brought down the medium for the Giant Tenseigan (the Moon's energy vessel), then unless Madara Uchiha and Hashirama Senju were resurrected, or the Sage of Six Paths intervened, the Shinobi World would be his to command.
If he had been more ruthless and stolen Hinata's or Hanabi's Byakugan earlier, there would be no so-called Shippuden , only the Legend of Toneri.
Unfortunately, Toneri ōtsutsuki was a chuunibyou otaku. Unless he reached adulthood or determined the Shinobi World was truly beyond saving, he wouldn't descend from the Moon.
However, Izayoi knew that Toneri, during his childhood and before his father's death, had visited Earth and Konoha once. Using the Giant Tenseigan medium, he had secretly observed Hinata.
He then fell in love with Hinata at first sight but didn't disturb her life, instead pnning to come down and propose marriage after reaching adulthood, citing an ancient promise. As it turned out, his 'fiancée' already had someone she liked, and his feelings were merely one-sided.
Izayoi didn't have much of an opinion on this foolish chuuni otaku.
He deduced that the year Toneri visited was likely when Hinata turned three years old. Because after her third birthday, Hizashi Hyūga's death in pce of his elder brother caused a subtle shift in Hinata's status within the cn. Her subsequent gentle personality further led Hiashi Hyūga to be completely disappointed in his eldest daughter. Hinata's grandest birthday celebration was precisely that third one.
Therefore, Izayoi chose to take a gamble.
He decided to use his single, unique copy trait opportunity on Toneri ōtsutsuki.
He believed he would have plenty of chances to obtain Naruto's and Sasuke's talent traits ter, but the chance to get Toneri's was likely unique. Missing it would mean waiting until two years after the end of Shippuden.
His current personal information on the light screen proved that Izayoi's gamble had paid off.
He hadn't just wandered around the Hyūga compound on Hinata's third birthday; he had spent that entire year wandering around Konoha. Appearances can be deceiving, but talent traits absolutely cannot. Being able to see the bubbles on a target meant that no matter how Toneri and his father disguised themselves, as long as they weren't puppets or invisible, they couldn't escape Izayoi's eyes.
Heaven rewards the diligent. Through Izayoi's effort and caution, he finally spotted the 'blind' Toneri ōtsutsuki and his father in the crowd on Hinata's third birthday – which was also the day of the celebration for the Kumo delegation's arrival in Konoha.
It had to be said, the Kumo delegation was truly lucky. If that father-son pair had stayed until nightfall and the Kumo ninja had dared to kidnap Hinata, they would have been utterly finished.
However, the father and son merely used the Giant Tenseigan medium to look from afar at Hinata, who was celebrating her birthday within the cn compound rather than attending the public festivities, and then left Konoha.
Toneri ōtsutsuki, born without eyes, did not possess the *Kekkei Genkai: Byakugan* talent trait. He also had no other low-tier traits. He had only one magnificent, high-level Red bubble: **ōtsutsuki Bloodline**.
Izayoi had seen this type of trait on members of the Hyūga cn before, but the color was different. The ōtsutsuki Bloodline trait on those Hyūga members was, at best, Blue. Even Toneri's father's ōtsutsuki Bloodline trait was only Purple, not even reaching Gold.
Only Toneri ōtsutsuki's trait color surpassed Gold, reaching Red – the highest rank Izayoi currently knew.
Without hesitation, Izayoi immediately copied that trait.
Over the following three years, Izayoi began his journey of defying heaven and changing his fate.
Upon successfully extracting chakra for the first time, Izayoi's Chunin Aptitude (Green) talent trait upgraded to Beyond Kage Aptitude (Gold). As the name implied, as long as he didn't die prematurely and continued to grow smoothly, his future potential was comparable to the likes of Hashirama Senju and Madara Uchiha. If he were to dig out Hinata's or Hanabi's Byakugan and transpnt them, then after condensing Truth-Seeking Orbs, he would be a Six Paths level existence.
Several months ter, Izayoi unlocked a new talent trait: All-Affinity Constitution (Purple). It turned out Izayoi possessed the same type of constitution as Tobirama Senju, Hiruzen Sarutobi, and Orochimaru compatible with all chakra natures.
At the age of five, Izayoi unlocked yet another new trait. This one gave Izayoi quite a scare at the time.
Because... he had awakened the Byakugan!
Yes, awakened the Byakugan, not that his eyes permanently turned into Byakugan.
Under the influence of the ōtsutsuki Bloodline, Izayoi's eyes functioned like Himawari Uzumaki's: normally, they looked like regur eyes, but when he activated the Byakugan, veins would bulge near his temples, and his pupils would turn white.
This discovery brought Izayoi immense relief. Otherwise, he might have had to wear sungsses constantly or buy cosmetic contact lenses, perhaps disguising himself like Kakashi did when posing as the reporter Sukea in the original story.
