“No time to waste!” Io said as she flew over and started carpet bombing the area and turning the place into an inferno. Vinny reacted and created [Vine Cages] around the pink clones, trapping them in the inferno. Only the Mountain and Ira broke out.

  Countless [Earth Pillars] rose out of the ground and Yvonne hopped around and pushed herself off the earth pillars. Giana started to dance and sing and buff everyone. A mana wave went out and a grid appeared on everyone. Polygons formed in the air and made the shape of a gigantic hammer. The grid and the polygons disappeared and the hammer made out of polygons turned into a hammer made out of diamond.

  Noelle swung the hammer around as if it weighed nothing and was giving the Mountain a beating.

  Toxic Donkey observed as the mythical and legendary beasts were rampaging and one-sidedly beating up the guardians that had posed a threat to adventurers for the last 2 years. He looked at the dagger that he was holding.

  Yvonne got sent flying a lot. Also into allies. But she pushed off from Noelle and Giana, who didn’t seem to notice that Yvonne had gone sent flying into them. Did he crash into walls because he isn’t that tanky?

  Yvonne got sent flying into Vinny. Vinny noticed, but he didn’t budge. Is this how legendary and mythical beings fight?

  The sisters died first as they were weak to fire and Io was torching anything that moved. Vinny was sticking to the sidelines, but he had gotten a [Water Veil] from Giana, as did Yvonne.

  Vinny kept Paul and Paula in vine cages, so the fire could do its work. Yvonne was hopping around and sending wind and petals at Ira, which didn’t seem to do much.

  Toxic Donkey looked to the side and saw how Noelle was hammering the Mountain around. His [Diamond Skin] had shattered but reformed and shattered again. Toxic Donkey looked closely. Was Noelle reapplying [Diamond Skin] for him? Why?

  A large explosion went off. Io had used [Dragon Dance] and Paul and Paula had been defeated.

  Something big flew past him. It was fast but he identified what it was. The Mountain had been sent flying, but Toxic Donkey couldn’t see where to.

  “Woops! Sorry Toxic Donkey!” Noelle apologized.

  He gestured to Noelle that it was fine.

  All the fire disappeared. It was strange but the last guardian, Ira was trapped in a [Water ball]. Noelle and Io were using the last guardian as a punching bag.

  Deciding to act like an assassin, he [Shadow melded] behind the trapped Ira, used a backstab and defeated the last guardian.

  Noelle and Io started to talk about the best way to punch someone that can’t move.

  The ground opened up and a staircase appeared.

  “Hey I have a question.” Everyone looked at Toxic Donkey. There were dragon eyes, glowing eyes, golden brown eyes and eyes with petals in them. “Uhh, totally not intimidating. This all is recorded right. Aren’t you guys worried that this gets out?”

  “What? That’s what you’re worried about?” Noelle started to laugh. “Everyone already knows that we’re mythical beasts. I’m not sure about Io and Vinny though.”

  “I’m a dragon! Everyone knows that!”

  “Uhh, I didn’t let anyone know but at this point I don’t care.”

  “Right… I was just thinking. You guys looked a bit overpowered and intimidating there. I’m not sure how most of the humans are going to react to it. And no Io! We’re not burning them!”

  “Aww…”

  Giana walked over to Toxic Donkey. “You know you might be right but… Keeping who you are hidden is difficult and uncomfortable. It’s just best to get your tails out and drop a [Meteor] on anyone who has a problem with it!”

  “Uhh, Giana, you don’t know how to cast [Meteor] yet, you have to wait till lil’ bro teaches you that.”

  “Ohh [Meteor]!? Hey Kyle! Can I learn that too?” Toxic Donkey’s eyes opened up in fear at the thought of Io learning [Meteor]. This was something he should avoid at all costs.

  “Absolutely not!”

  “Aww…”

  Toxic Donkey sighed. “Alright. I just hope that everyone realizes that I’m a human in a party of monsters.”

  “Hehe but I know you like this monster, Kyle! I have a hot present for you after this!” Toxic Donkey’s face turned red and he pulled the hood over his face, trying to cover it.

  Noelle was grinning and the rest seemed uncomfortable.

  Toxic Donkey cleared his throat. “Ahum! Right next floor! So can anyone counteract the time dilation and gravity?”

  All eyes fell on Giana. “Uhh, I can try. I think Noelle has a better shot at dealing with the increased gravity.”

  “I got the gravity part! Don’t worry Giana! I believe in you! Agnis figured this out as a brat!”

  “Ugh, that’s a lot of pressure, I will do my best.” Giana said as she put her tails to work.

  The team descended the stairs to meet the floor that has been giving the strongest parties a nightmarish experience.
