Chapter 1: The Mysterious Meeting

The scorching summer sun bzed down, making the air shimmer with heat unbearable.

Diana, exhausted from a long day at school, felt the oppressive weight of the season heat pressing down on her.

Seeking relief from the heat, she headed to the shopping mall, eager to find some light-colored cotton clothes to wear for sleep.

After purchasing a few airy clothes, she ate some food at the nearby restaurant before heading home.

Once back in her room, Diana changed into one of her new cotton dresses, finding it refreshingly cool against her skin.

The moon was bright and shining, she gazed out of her window at the full moon, which hung low in the sky, luminous and mesmerizing.

Diana is sleepy she yawns, and her eyelids are heavy. Diana fell into a deep sleep.

When Diana opened her eyes again, she was startled to find herself lying on a sun lounger. Confused, she sat up, blinking against the soft orange glow of the sky reflecting on the water.

"Huh, where am I?" She wondered.

This pce is a beautiful sandy beach. A gentle breeze carried the sweet scent of perfume, creating a serene and calming atmosphere.

Diana walks around the sandy beach.

She sees tall palm trees swaying gently in the breeze, their fronds rustling softly.

She had never been to this pce before, yet it felt oddly familiar. She remembers she was sleepy then she fell asleep.

The tranquility of the beach soothed her, and she began to walk along the shore, marveling at the beauty around her. Looking at the beautiful scenery she forgets everything else.

Diana walks along the palm trees, and she sees not far away, there are clusters of luxurious vils.

Curiosity piqued, she walked forward to one of the vils, the door wasn't closed. She wondered what the interior might look like. Unable to resist, she cautiously pushed open the door and stepped inside.

To her surprise, the interior was vish, with a premium private pool with a full sea view, and a built-in sauna.

"Wow, this pce exists? I thought only in a drama or movie. She whispered to herself.

The opulence of the oceanfront resort took her breath away. Spacious overwater pool vils were surrounded by lush palm trees, creating an idyllic retreat.

Diana suddenly realized she had entered someone else's room without permission.

She wanted to leave the room quickly, but she didn't know where she was or how to get back home as the sun was going down soon. It will be night.

Just as she contempted leaving, a firm hand grabbed her from behind.

"Huh?" she gasped, struggling against the grip.

A soft voice whispered in her ear, "Finally, you're here."

The sweet scent in the air intensified, making her head dizzy. Diana's vision became blurred and she lost consciousness.

  The person caresses Diana's forehead.

After some time when she awoke, she found herself in the same luxurious room, her stomach growling with hunger.

The idea of eating someone else's food seemed inappropriate, but with no money and no idea where she was, she had no choice.

She wished she had her handphone to call her good friend Alice.

Diana sees there is a phone on the desk, but even if she used the phone in the room, Alice would likely not answer an unknown number. Because Alice has a habit of not picking up unknown calls.

Diana walks around the room, hoping to find something to eat.

There is no one in the room, but a spread of food and drinks awaited on the coffee table.

Famished, she couldn't resist and quickly devoured the meal. Sated, she explored the room further, sliding open a door that led to a pool with a built-in sauna. The setting was incredibly comfortable, almost too perfect.

Diana looks at the coffee table, she is very hungry and she can't think of anything else except food. Diana eats the food and drinks on the coffee table.

After eating, Diana walks around the room.

She slides open the door of the room attached to the built-in pool the room features. There is a sauna room on the right side.

It's so comfortable to live in such an environment.

Diana thinks she is not here for a holiday and she doesn't have extra clothes to wear or money to return home.

As she admired the magnificent scenery, she heard someone at the door. Fear gripped her again; she wasn't the rightful occupant of this room. With nowhere to hide, she decided to confess and hope for understanding. The door unlocked, revealing a strikingly handsome man as if he had stepped out of a painting. Diana's eyes were glued to him as he entered the room without acknowledging her presence.

The handsome beautiful man walks into the room. He didn't look at Diana.

Am I invisible? She wondered, feeling a mix of relief and confusion as he simply fetched a gss of water and drank it.

  Diana is staring at him.

"How long are you going to stare at me? Have you finished eating? If so, let's go out," he finally said, breaking the silence.

"Yes, I'm done," Diana replied nervously, deciding it was best to follow him.

The man led her to a buggy, and they drove through the resort. The stunning scenery began to wash away her stress and worries. The man occasionally gnced at her but remained silent, and Diana, too anxious to speak, missed his looks.

After a while, the buggy stopped. "Follow me," he instructed, and Diana complied, curious and apprehensive.

As they walked among the palm trees, he said, "I was waiting for you."

"Huh? What do you mean?" Diana asked, puzzled.

"Since you're here, it's okay," he replied enigmatically.

"Do you know me?" Diana asked, feeling a strange sense of nostalgia.

"Yes, did you forget our promise?" he asked, looking hurt.

"I'm sorry, but I don't remember what I promised you," Diana said, feeling a pang of guilt.

"You forgot me," he said, his expression so sorrowful it tugged at her heart.

"I am sorry but let's get to know each other now," she suggested, trying to ease the tension.

He looked at her intently, then pced a neckce around her neck. "This is called Eternal Love, made of seashells and pearls. It's yours originally; it cannot be bought."

Diana marveled at the neckce, its shining rainbow-colored heart shape mesmerizing. "It must be very expensive. Thank you."

"Wait here, I'll get you some drinks," he said and disappeared for a moment before returning with two light blue drinks, each adorned with a cocktail umbrel.

"What is this drink?" Diana asked.

"It's called Blue Curacao Mojito," he replied with a smile.

She took a sip. "It's delicious!" she excimed, but soon after, the alcohol in the drink took effect, and she fell asleep.

The handsome man carried her back to the room. "When are you going to recall?" The handsome man shakes his head.

Suddenly someone knocks at the door.

The handsome man opens the door.

  "Why are you here?"

The person looks at Diana on the bed.

"Sorry to disturb you but we need your help."

The handsome man leaves with the person.

Diana was left alone in the room.

When she awoke, she was back in the luxurious room, the handsome man gone. Her stomach growled with hunger and thirst again. She wished she could call Alice for help, but she knew Alice wouldn't answer an unknown number.

Exploring the room, she found food and drinks on the coffee table once more. She ate voraciously, her hunger overpowering her caution. Afterward, she walked to the door leading to the pool. The view was breathtaking, and the environment so comfortable it was hard to remember she wasn't here for a vacation.

She looks around and the handsome man isn't in the room.

Diana looks at the mirror and the neckce on her neck is shining.

Diana slid open the door to get some fresh air.

Diana sees there is something that jumps in the air and returns to the water. "Wow, it's a stingray."

She is amazed at how the stingray jumps in the air. It's her first time seeing this.

As she admired the view, she heard the door unlock. The handsome man entered, looking tired. "It's dangerous out there. Don't go out without me," he warned, making her heart race with concern.

"Okay, but I'm hungry. Is there anything to eat?" she asked.

"You can order room service," he said, before colpsing to the floor. Diana says, "Are you alright?"

Diana rushed to his side, horrified to see bloodstains on his shirt. "What's wrong? Are you injured?" She quickly closed the door and helped him to the sofa. "Is there a first aid kit?" she asked urgently.

"In the drawer," he replied weakly.

She found the kit and tended to his wounds, marveling at his body shape an inverted triangle, with wide shoulders, a slim waist, and toned muscles. Diana stared at the handsome man's body. despite the gravity of his injuries. "How did you get hurt? What's your name?" she asked, trying to keep him conscious.

"I'm Conri," he said, avoiding her other question.

"These wounds are deep; if they bleed non-stop, I have to send you to the hospital."

  Conri didn't answer her.

As she bandaged him, Conri pulled her into an embrace. Diana tried to resist, but he was too strong. Conri was exhausted, and he eventually fell asleep while holding her in his arms.

After some time, Conri wakes up.

When she awoke, Conri was no longer holding her. She found him at the dining table, eating. "Ah, you're awake. Let me order you some food. What would you like?" he asked.

"Half-done steak and orange juice," she replied.

After ordering, she checked his wounds. They were almost completely healed, a startling change from the previous night. "Are you feeling better? Do we need to go to the hospital?" she asked.

"With you around, I'm better," he said, kissing her hand.

  Diana touches the wounds.

Diana blushed, feeling a strange mix of emotions. "It's this room that smells sweet. What kind of perfume do you use?"

"I don't use any," he replied with a chuckle, kissing her forehead.

Just then, a sound came from outside. Someone presses the doorbell.

Diana takes a look at the peephole.

The person has a room service trolley with food on it.

  Diana opens the door.

Conri walks towards the door. "Thank you, take this."

Diana takes the food pte and orange juice on the trolley.

The person pushes away the room service trolley.

Diana puts the food pte and orange juice on the table.

Conri sits and eats the steak and drinks the orange juice.

Diana says, "Conri are you here for a holiday?"

Conri says, "Both business trips and holidays."

Conri says, "Since I am injured we will stay in the room. You can use the pool and sauna."

"Do you know where this pce is?"

  Suddenly Conri's handphone rings.

  "Hello? Alright, thank you."

Diana looks at Conri, "Let me change the bandage for you after you eat."

  Conri says, "Okay."

After eating, Diana changes the bandage for Conri.

Diana is surprised. Yesterday, the wounds were deep, but now it's almost completely healed.

Conri grabs Diana's hand and kisses. "You smell sweet."

Suddenly there is a sound coming from outside.

Conri's expression turned serious. "Stay here and don't go out, no matter what. If anyone knocks, don't open the door," he instructed before leaving.

Conri takes his coat and he wears it. Conri opened the main door and left Diana in the room.

Diana sat on the sofa, nervously waiting. Suddenly, there was a loud noise. She looked out the window and saw the moon had turned a deep red. "What is going on?" she whispered, fear creeping into her voice.
