Day 4 Month Fire

  Apparently a party will be held today at the royal castle of Symphonia Kingdom, it seems like everyone got the invitation from the king Amalie to join said party, which sounds interesting. Apparently the Hero, Moana and Aurodde will also be there too so Kaori and Shizuku will definitely be attending the party.

  Also, I forgot about this but the Hero apparently already met with Kaori and Shizuku about two days ago. From what Kaori said he is very relieved that he didn’t need to do something grandiose like saving the world from the demon king or something again, he’s also grateful to the royal family that accommodates his stays there alongside Moana and Aurodde, it seems like the royal family is also a good people huh? This pce is really peaceful~.

  But that didn’t matter now, what matters is that troubles arose yesterday and today. Namely Etemp-san’s sudden appearance in Hajime’s room and those delinquents’ weird condition.

  First off, the delinquents who tried to flirt with Lilia-san yesterday, they’re in a very weird condition for some reason. They look like hikikomori that are scared of everything the world has to offer, and they are especially scared of female cssmates for some reason while muttering “Girls are scary” many times while hiding under their bnkets.

  But the weirdest thing is that when we used spirit magic to return their senses, it didn’t work at all, even with Kaori’s spirit magic coupled with mine and Tio’s combined, we can’t restore their state of mind so they can’t go to the party and stay at Lilia-san’s mansion for the day.

  While I thought that they deserved it, I wonder why our magic didn’t work on them? But that’s not the biggest issue right now.

  Now, onto the second bigger problem, Etemp-san suddenly appears in Hajime’s room without any indication, but what’s the weirdest thing about it is that she’s really violent to us for some reason, saying things like “I won’t be fooled agaaaaiiinn!!! You are the fake master aren’t you?! And you?! You are the fake Shizuku-sama too aren’t you?! Ueeeeggh!!! Masteeeer!!! Where are yoooouuu!!??” or something along those lines while crying, dodging and attacking us at the same time.

  It looks really suspicious, it’s as if she didn’t believe in us at all, even though we show our mana she still didn’t believe us. Her acts immediately went to an end when Hajime got pissed off and gave her some high voltage electricity to her though. When she came to consciousness, she then realized that we were the real deal by saying “AH!? Only master is this rough on me!? MASTEEE—ABABABABA!!!”, in which Hajime proceeds to electrocute her again…

  Anyway, after Etemp-san woke up, we then interrogated her on her whereabouts after she ventured into the basement. She then describes her adventure in the basement akin to some horror movie judging from her words, which is weird since the basement in question didn’t even feel eerie at all.

  No, that basement is indeed scary in a different sense at least…

  Anyway, when she bravely (her words) venture through the basement, she then finds a door that leads to a foggy room, inside said room she then meets “us”. Which is totally weird and creepy since at that time, we were at Lilia-san’s mansion which is in the opposite direction of Kaito-san’s mansion. She even scans them to see if there is any difference in any department and yet according to her, they look and feel exactly identical to us, even in quality of their mana. Even Kaori began to look pale from Etemp-san’s story.

  This is really suspicious, something like this is like the st trial at the Schnee snow mountain great byrinth where we have to face our doppelganger in order to “surpass ourselves”. And yet such a situation happened at said basement, even though we didn’t feel anything when we went there so we pretty much questioned the genuinity of her story.

  Continuing Etemp-san’s story, those doppelgangers then approach Etemp-san. At first they didn’t do anything to her, they just stared at her with a bnk stare. But then the Hajime Doppelganger touches her and then all hell breaks loose as she sees our doppelganger melt and bleed on every orifice, suffering from such a cause while bming her from causing this disaster while the room’s environment changed into something akin to hell.

  And then after everything went silent, a figure slowly came out from the shadow of our dead bodies as Etemp-san still couldn’t figure out what the hell was happening. The figure in question cds in an eerie bck robe with chains attached to it alongside a veil covering its face, Etemp-san said that she didn’t even feel that figure’s presence even though it’s right in front of her, as if said figure never existed in the first pce. Said figure then came close to the paralyzed Etemp-san while whispering “Send the message, know your pce or suffer.” before Etemp-san fell unconscious and woke up in Hajime's room as if everything was a dream.

  …this is very creepy, but that’s not the only problem. The biggest problem is the fact that we may have been compromised without us knowing. That message alone is the biggest proof that someone is watching us very closely, and whoever did that did it much better than even Endou. Thinking about it, that being is also probably the one who put those delinquents in that state.

  Since then, Hajime decided to retrieve some of the arachnes that are tasked to gather intel and leave some of them stationed at the critical parts of the mansions for countermeasures, we’re practically inside an enemy’s base after all. That being said, the being Etemp-san met, it must be one of the Six Kings, and if it’s anything like Kuro-san then we may need to fight 6 beings that are individually stronger than us all which is the very st thing we want to do.

  Well if push comes to shove, we can create a Concept Magic to even out the pying field. But for now, we should be fine, the arachnes are cd in many magics that hide their presence after all so it should be extra hard to find them. For now, we were pnning to attend the Royal party since the king of Symphonia Kingdom invited all of us there. Lilia-san even prepared our party attire which we all were pretty thankful to her for.

  …I still can’t believe this person who is this kind is the same person who is probably as powerful as serious Shia… well it can’t be helped I guess, her demeanor flipped to a 180 degrees yesterday.

  But never mind that, we were preparing to attend and join the party right now. Fufufu, this dress looks marvelous on me. It’ll guarantee to make Hajime fall for me all over again.

  While I had dressed myself, I then went to the grand living room where everyone was gathering. Nn, it looks like everyone is wearing the party attire that Lilia-san prepare too

  …And here comes Hajime. Nn~~, Hajime looks so handsome and delicious that it makes me drool a bit. Shia and Myuu look very cute in those lovely dresses too.

  …and here comes Kaori. Chih, and here I thought I pced a small metamorphosis magic on her so that she gets fat a little and her dress wouldn’t fit but looks like she noticed it and revert her body back to normal judging from her annoying expression as she snuggles next to Hajime.

  Gunununu! Don’t you think you won this battle, Bakaori! The true fight will occur at the party hall!!! And I shall win Hajime’s attention again! Mark my words!!!

  Nnn~~, as expected the foods at the royal pace, all of them are delicious~. And the party looks grandiose but isn’t too upbeat either, kinda like the parties that I attended before when I’m still a princess.

  Anyway, I decided to return faster than others since I was bored after I stuffed my stomach with delicious foods and also I had caused some commotion, mainly from my scuffles with Bakaori…

  Basically, when me and Hajime dance along to the music, the atmosphere is perfect, the music is perfect, Hajime looks very glittering because of the sparkly background and he looks very dashing as if it speaks to me that he wants to kiss me, which I abide.

  …and then Bakaori immediately interrupted us by forcibly switching our dance partner, and I got justifiably mad at Bakaori so I decided to send a small, undetectable lightning shock to her hips.

  Fufufu her yelp is the best addition to the beautiful song.

  Anyway, it turned into an ugly scuffle again, in which Hajime dragged us before we made a huge scene and hit us on our head again while telling us to cool our heads a bit before he continued his dance with Shia.

  Well, I guess I’m partly at fault here so I decided to scatter around while sampling the foods here and there while Kaori goes to meet with the Hero and his harem.

  By the way, Shia and Myuu was talking with some people in knight outfit with a sparkling eyes, they must’ve been asking about their jobs, Tio and Remia was conversing with some high standing-looking nobles about Trinia, Aiko was busy keeping tracks with everyone especially Endou, Shizuku was speaking with the Hero and his harem with Kaori, and the cssmates basically separate into groups to explore the castle.

  Anyway, as I arrived at Lilia-san’s mansion, I saw someone standing at the balcony while feeling the night breeze. Nn~, I guess the breeze is pretty pleasant now.

  “...Hello there Kaito-san” (Yue)

  “Oya? Yue-san? You came back early?” (Kaito)

  “...Nn, It’s pretty boring there so I came back earlier than everyone. You haven’t gone to sleep yet?” (Yue)

  “Ah, I usually spend my time here to enjoy the night breeze, the wind is pleasant here in this season.” (Kaito)

  …As we were having a small talk, I then stared at Kaito-san and I found myself thinking that everything about him is a bit weird.   Nn, looks like he’s more gutsy than I give him credit for, at least he’s more determined than the Hero before he reforms himself.   I also forgot about this but apparently my gre sometimes makes other people nervous according to Cudia, and yet Kaito-san stares at my eyes, as if it told me that he will never back down, no matter what happens to him.

  And all of the sudden, I heard the sound of footsteps in front of me. And out came a girl from the seemingly endless shadow from the part of the corridor that’s not illuminated with the moonlight.

  The girl in question is someone with long blond wavy hair alongside a beautiful face and a mask that hides a beautiful light blue colored irises, she donned with an attire that seems to be easy to move in, kinda like Endou’s outfit that Hajime make in order to help him in infiltrating bases easier now that I think about it.

  But all of that didn’t matter then, what matters is that my instinct is screaming at me to not defy her, that she’s leagues above my existence, that she will mercilessly wipe me from existence if I tried to attack her.

  And this room, for some reason I think this room is not Lilia-san’s corridor anymore, as if this pce is another pce that she constructed entirely.

  “Oya? Looks like you figured that this is not Lilia-san’s home anymore huh~?” (Alice)

  “...And who are you?” (Yue)

  “Oh I’m a nobody, just a regur maiden in love with Kaito-san just like you and your friends that fall in love with that boy called Hajime-san after all~~” (Alice)

  Said the girl with a beautiful and carefree tone, and yet her eyes and her aura indicates that she’s ready to attack me in case I did the same. Who is she? She’s definitely not normal as even though she’s right in front of me, I still can’t perceive her presence, as if she’s like the being Etemp-san described before. She also knows Hajime, even though we have never met before.

  “Well since my lover kindly asked me to not do anything to you all, I will reluctantly turn back. But…” (Alice)

  And all of the sudden, she brandished her knife as she moved beyond my perception to my back, just a millimeter from touching my neck while whispering at me with a very low but hearable voice.

  As I teleported using “Heaven Existence” to my front and looked at my back, she disappeared without a trace while I seemed to have returned to Lilia-san’s mansion.

  But none of that matters now. That feeling, she must be “that person”, and we’re under her radar for probably quite a while now. If this indicates anything, it will spell doom to us. I need to tell the Nagumo’s household after they come back quickly.

  Well, I guess I deserved it. But besides that, Kaito-san has lovers consisting of high css dies. I wonder what his other lovers will look like?

For the past few days however, many people have gathered there for a meeting regarding Hajime and the returnees’ status quo.

  All of them gathered together under the clear blue sky on the Sanctuary for a meeting that determined the status quo of Hajime and the returnees.

  The Supreme God of Time and Space, Chronois breaks the silence as she asks for more information regarding Hajime returnees from No Face, which is Alice.

  “Yes, that’s pretty much it, they didn’t mean any harm to either Lilia-san and Kaito-san, they all are just very cautious in this new world that they suddenly get summoned to, plus they had experience the same thing, only for the summoner’s side to be evil so they had their justifications to be more cautious to Lilia-san and Kaito-san.” (Alice)

  “The reason I enforce the rule in the first pce is in order to not let the civilization of Trinia be too advanced and trigger their fall, so it should be fine for them to not take those technologies they had out in the public.” (Shiro)

  “Hah! As per Shallow Vernal-sama’s wish!” (Chronois, Life, and Fate)

  As the discussion about Hajime and the returnees’ status quo has ended with them giving Hajime and co a bit of leniency, Alice then proceeds to move on to a much more serious matter as her face turns from carefree to a much more serious face.

  “Now then, regarding these lowlifes who insulted Kaito-san…” (Alice)

  All of the sudden, the area they use for the meeting was filled with mana, enough to make any beings that felt it tremble in fear or even die. All of them except Kaito put on a face as if they can barely contain their fury in their heart.

  “To think that they can have this audacity, they should be punished thoroughly.” (Chronois)

  “It is indeed just like you said, God of Time and Space. How should we punish them, God of Fate? I was thinking of forcibly making them kill their friends.” (Life)

  “Hmm, killing them once is not enough. How about we torture them by reliving their worst nightmare million times before we let them kill themselves, what do you think Shall-tan?” (Fate)

  “Hmm, that’s an interesting proposal, maybe turn into their worst enemies that they fought before to let them feel despair. How about you Kuro-san? (Alice)

  “Ah, I did punish them by “pretending as a busty maid that took interest in them and turned myself into an eldritch horror made out of rotten flesh” in order to pnt a trauma in their brain before, but I still think it’s too light for them. Why don’t you continue the rest, Kuro-san?” (Alice)

  “Yes it is Fate-san, that’s the only reason why they still had their chance to redeem themselves after all, if they “pledge their life to Kaito-san”, only then I can at least forgive them a little.” (Alice)

  “Oi shut up you idiot! I don’t have any pn on making anybody my sves so cut it out! And also Kuro, please don’t make this matter even bigger by adding in Isis-san, I know you are still mad about them but they are already punished by Alice so it should be fine, right?” (Kaito)

  Incidentally, the one whose memories was read by Shallow Vernal as she picked their worst nightmare was Shinji and Yoshiki. Both of them squirming in their sleep as their faces go pale while murmuring “Girls…scary…”.

  As Kaito sighs as he completely stops Shallow Vernal’s track, Alice then continues the topics regarding Hajime and the returnees.

  “Well, this “Ehit” here had all the magic avaible in the world he took pce in. Their magic system there, “Ancient Magics” are kinda like the god’s authority except it’s limited to a certain area, alongside this “Concept Magic”, the combination of ancient magics that can spawn any effect they wished for, it’s a bit shoddy compared to Shallow Vernal-sama’s authorities though. Even then, I would say Chronois-san would have a harder time to take him down completely while Fate-san can beat him fairly easily. But the thing is he’s not even a bonafide God like Shallow Vernal-sama, he’s just like a parasite that gnaws on the world he took control of just to find a way to be immortal, it’s kinda sad really.” (Alice)

  “I see, so he’s more or less on the level of a Supreme God or the Six Kings isn’t it?” (Life)

  “It is exactly that, though if we compare Shallow Vernal-sama to him, he’s practically just a normal dude with a bit of magic so he’s not that special. But even then, they also had another instance on fighting a godlike entity like the avatar of world tree, it’s kinda like Lillywood-san but a tad bit weaker. They also fought an AI that took over the world other than the world they got caught into the first time, and a self procimed god in a completely different world, so it’s no wonder they had a bad experience with gods in general.” (Alice)

  As Kuromueina figured Shallow Vernal’s thoughts, she then proposed an idea to have a tea party at the sanctuary alongside Shallow Vernal, Kaito, Hajime and Yue. As Chronois heard that, she then had a slightly dejected face on her while both Life and Fate patted her on the shoulder.

  “Eh? Umm, If Shiro-san and Kuro said so, I guess we can introduce Shiro-san to them. Maybe after that I will introduce Chronois-san and others. Is that okay Chronois-san?” (Kaito)

  As Chronois heard Kaito’s word, she then had a slight beaming face on while both Life and Fate then gave her a thumbs up as Chronois chased them with a blush on her face.

  But little do Kaito, Lilia, Chronois, Life and Fate know, the reason why Shallow Vernal wished to meet with Hajime and Yue is just a percent of her true reason why she decided to do so, while the main reason why she wants to meet them…
