David looked at the three teenagers, Celosia will be the first to die, but Haruo and Sota, they had to be kept alive, just until their bodies were ripped open and so he and all the other hunters can collect what's valuable inside their bodys, espically Haruo's given how unique a kaiju he is compared to the boy beside him.

  Celosia, like other humans who witnesses what he and other hunters do, just got in the way, to David, she did not fit the mold of what a human like him should be. They should be terrified of monsters like Haruo and Sota, and wanted them dead.

  But she helped them take down that, thing just now, because of that, Celosia needed to die.

  He lifted his gun and aimed it towards Celosia, the three screamed when they saw David about to fire.

  "LOOKOUT!" Haruo screeched as the bullets were fired.

  "Grrugh!"

  Before Haruo or Sota could do anything, Celosia was struck by all five bullets that David fired as they hit her chest, she spat out a rge chunk of blood in a vicious manner as Haruo and Sota watched in horror.

  The bullets pierced through Celosia's colrbone, and sliced through her where they grazed the tree that she stood in front of. David, kept his uncanny grin, satisfied, as Celosia fell backwards.

  "NO!" Haruo cried. Celosia convulsed at the pain that she was in as the boys ran over towards her.

  "Fuck, she's going to die!" Sota panted as he tried to stop the bleeding from Celosia's chest, but blood just started seeping into his hands.

  "It's rather unfortunate really." David approached the three.

  "Maybe if Miss Barnes was smart enough to stay out of the woods, she may have lived." David mocked Haruo, Sota and the dying Celosia.

  "But as, not all humans are smart. You two in the other hand, will be coming with me." David demanded, his smile faded and a more serious expression appearing on his face. Haruo stood up in anger, growling ferociously at the hunter. He knew that if he and Sota didn't kill David soon, then Celosia was going to die.

  Damn it, she didn't deserve to die like this, all she did was follow Sota into the forest, she helped them take down that monster, and this was what was going to happen to her?

  No, Haruo thought, she wasn't going to die here, he was certain of it, she was going to live.

  "You, PIECE OF SHIT!" Haruo charged forward to begin his fight with David, who moved back, dodging each blow and kick, although one fist to the gut did manage to hit him. But he retaliated by taking out a razor coated baton from his trenchcoat before slicing It into Haruo's side when he was close enough.

  "GRAGH!" Haruo was about to transform and finish David off when he was hit by the sword, David ughed at Haruo's injury.

  "Such predictable actions, and you're supposedly the strongest of the group too." David mocked Haruo as he leaned towards a tree, grabbing his side in pain as orange mustard blood began seeping from his new wound, he gred back at David.

  "I never understood how Daniel was killed with such a wreckless, hot headed teenager such as yourself." David lifted his sword.

  "Fuck you, you sick piece of shit!" Haruo screamed as he charged again. Only for David to taze Haruo with a tazer from his trenchcoat, causing Haruo to cry out in pain, but he still stood thanks to his strong body, but with a resounding kick to the face, Haruo, with a bruised and cut cheek, fell back.

  "Haruo!" Sota had to choose between leaving the bleeding Celosia or help the injured Haruo, with reluctance, he charged forward and stopped tending to Celosia.

  David however, quickly noticed Sota charge towards him and transforming back to his kaiju form, he dodged the swing of an impending tendril and grabbed onto it, and rip it clean off as the kaiju screeched in pain.

  "Both of you are predictable." David taunted, as he kicked hard into Sota's wet stomach, causing him to quickly revert back to his kaijin form with an injured hand that looked as though it was blown open by a gun.

  Before he even had time to breath, David took out a bde and stabbed Sota clean through both of his shoulder bdes as he screamed in agony, orange mustard blood spilling out from his shoulders.

  "And now." David grunted.

  "It will be the result in your capture, like so many others of your kind." David continued to taunt Sota, Haruo looked on, grabbing his stomach in pain, he pulled forward slowly.

  "N-no." He cried out, his blood seeping out from his bzer and mouth as he tried reaching out for Sota and regain his strength.

  David, as he continued cutting into Sota's shoulder bde like a saw as the kaiju kept screaming from the pain, he was hoping to see a bone so he can begin pulling it out to keep as memento from one of the kaiju's he was about to capture, but he saw Haruo approaching from behind.

  "Ah-Ah." David slowly turned to Haruo, his uncanny smile coming back as he looked down at Haruo before stomping hard into Haruo's scarlet cw, causing him to scream.

  "Think that you can try and pull a fast one?" David said with a thick, cruel ugh.

  "You won't." He responded with a kick, pushing Haruo back.

  "Now where---But, as David turned back towards the wheezing and tearful Sota, who whimpered from the torture David was putting him through, David would notice something nearby.

  Celosia's body, was no longer there, she was still alive, she must have regained consciousness, and ran off to get help.

  "Shit!" David moved away from Sota's back and began looking around. He looked down, noticing the trail of red blood leading further into the forest, Celosia couldn't have gotten that far given her injuries.

  "She'll get lost, and die before she could find another person." David gloated, ignoring Haruo and Sota's whimpering from behind him.

  "Still, if she does manage to find someone, that will be another body to add tonight---That was when David noticed something regarding Celosia's blood trail.

  It touched a nearby tree, and moved, up.

  Where Celosia was on a branch, before she fell onwards, and towards David before the hunter had time to react, David was caught off guard by Celosia's suddenly nding and screamed as she fell towards him.

  She grabbed and stretched both of his ears to a long degree, almost ripping them off of his head as she forced the man onto the ground, before smming him down to the dirt a dozen times, until the front of his head was cut open, if only a little.

  Celosia, her face cking any sort of sanity, saw the wound, and grinned sadistically at the wound.

  This could work out, she thought.

  Celosia used two of her fingers and dug them as hard as she could into the small wound as David screamed in agony, the wound spreaded open from the rest of his forehead. David could feel two of Celosia's fingers digging deeper and deeper into his wound, digging through the flesh and muscle.

  It was making him tense, he could feel his nerves being touched and pushed through, she was getting near his brain. Celosia didn't have time to reach it until David smmed his bde through her cheek until it reached the other side, causing her to slowly move her fingers out of David's head, now dripping with his blood and a bit of tissue.

  David thought he had actually killed the girl this time as Haruo and Sota slowly stood up together and gasped in horror. Celosia looked as though she was in daze, as if she was going to colpse again as David's head fell back, a little bit relieved that he had finally managed to kill this crazed, human girl.

  But, Celosia was still breathing, and slowly, she grabbed the bde and turned her head to the side, her eyes widened with fury as she jolted the knife out from her cheek in an instant, a wet spsh was heard as she did, which sickened Haruo and Sota.

  David watched this scene unfold in front of him, and the hunter, ever so boastful with torturing the teens a few minutes ago, was now terrified at how Celosia was able to move and function. "Wh-WHat." David couldn't understand, Celosia should be dead.

  But she grinned, her look still crazed. "Wh-What." David quavered.

  "Perfect, this will be more better to use, thanks for the bde." Celosia thanked David, before she stabbed him in both of his eyes as David screamed out into the night. Celosia didn't directly stab the knife in either of David's eyes, instead she used the bde like a spoon by digging the sharp end into his corners, scooping them out as his sockets were pushed outwards and blood seeped out.

  Before Celosia sliced into his face, cutting into him like she was opening a box with the bde, once she made it to the otherside of David's face, she ripped it open with a firce grunt, blood spshing onto her face as Haruo and Sota continued to watch, paralysed with how this fight was ending.

  And yet, throughout this, David was still alive.

  "DIEEE!" She growled in a fierce way as she dived the bde through his neck until it came out of the otherside, where upon Celosia moved it back in, and yanked it forward, splitting open David's head as his head jolted backwards.

  And thats, what finally killed David Vagt, as Celosia looked down at the man in disgust.

  Seeing David's corpse, reminded her of him from that night.

  "C-Celosia!" Haruo yelled out, as he and Sota limped over towards the two humans. Celosia breathed heavily, and looked at the two approaching kaijus now that the hunter was dead.

  With a heavy grunt, Celosia responded to the kaijus with two simple words, her own wounds now becoming unbearable for her.

  "He's dead."

  She would soon fall into Haruo's arms as she went unconscious again.
