Herald of The Pale Court, Shemiss Aluqdim. They who shall Judge All, was the embodiment of Contradiction.
To the pnets in their own system, they are a caring parent, watching over the life of not only the pnets themselves but all the life being born under their eternal gaze.
But to all Those Beyond the Oort Cloud, an unreasonable tyrant and destroyer who judges all life as committing the greatest crimes— the Crime of Existing, of Being Born, of Daring to Live...
By the mutual agreement of the Nebus, the sor system possessed by The Pale Court was put into quarantine inside a cosmic bubble— so that their light to other worlds weakened.
Yet nothing can stop an Eldritch God of Judgement and Order. So to continue their rightful judgment, they sent out Heralds, mortals handpicked by them to become Juries of the Pale Court.
Mercury, Venus, Mars, and Earth. Four pnets with unique life as well as tragedies of their own, all Heralds came from them. Yet the strongest of the Juries can only be found on Earth.
The Cycle of Conflict, one set by the Will of Earth itself— one that perpetuates the endless suffering and destruction of all life on it.
Only by the fmes of grief and sorrow, of sins and regrets, can the strongest be born.
Judas Iscariot, the man who sold the Son of God to the Romans. Only for 30 pieces of silver, a petty price for The Ultimate Greed... that was the reason why the Betrayer was chosen, because of his greed he sold someone who he followed for so long... and his suffering, agonized by his choice...
A Sinner seeking forgiveness from God.
But it was not Yahweh who gave him a hand— it was the True God of this Sor system... The Pale Court.
And now, his atonement is here...
As they climb the wall of the gothic building, there are only two things in their mind...
To make up for their Sin, and to obey the order of The Pale Court...
To finish what Judas Iscariot started.
"Someone is watching us.", Judas said, turning his head back to take on the full view of Ataraxia. There is nothing suspicious or out of pce, though a strange girl is sitting on the Colesseum smoking.
From the inside, Iscariot replied, "It probably is just the Ego of Earth, watching over what we shall do. After all, this pnet's Will is nothing but evil. It will do nothing but let the chaos unfold... no matter how many deaths, no matter how many of the good fellows die and bad folks hold banquets for the destruction they caused."
The bitterness in her voice was evident, Iscariot is the Sinner split from the Witness that is Judas. She held resentment for the World itself... though it might just be her own grief projecting.
Even with a mechanical body, her soul is still that of a human born to live and struggle in this world once before. But there is nothing she can do.
The Pale Court considers Earth one of their children, her Lord and Light would not be happy if a Jury attacked Earth.
So they will just finish up things here and await for their next calling...
They sensed the divine presence simir but also different from The Pale Court... The Almighty... Jesus Christ.
Judas punched the wall, destroying it with just one punch— yet there was no sound, only a hole was created. And the wall was not regenerating at all.
The cockpit opened, letting Iscariot descend down into the infirmary. Her white mechanical body came with grace, joints shifting to find the optimal form. Wearing a red metal gown, showing her elegance— but the bck mace and silver axe she was carrying destroyed that image.
She was the Sinner who executed all of the dirty work after all...
The core on her chest in the form of a Red Cross inside a Ring pulsates. Her glowing crimson eyes burned bright, but she did not smile.
Because her target was standing there right in front of her, with a gentle smile on his face. Though white cracks are on him, glowing with a deathly grasp.
"Jesus Christ... what happened to you?", she questioned, gripping her weapons tighter.
"Just some mishaps with my students. Nothing to worry about.", Jesus smiled, turning his back, and began to walk away.
"Nothing to worry about?", her voice cracked, losing the usual eloquent, "Nothing to worry about, you say? Then why are you dying?!"
Jesus stayed silent, he sat down at his desk, looking at her with kind eyes, but do not be mistaken, there was no pity in his gaze. Because pity is the st thing Iscariot wants.
"All is well, Iscariot. You cannot stop what had already happened, just like you could not stop my death.", he said, looking up as he remembered.
Judas Iscariot was the one who kickstarted the execution of Jesus, but he ended up regretting his decision... even when he tried to give back the money, the dice of fate were already cast.
In the end, Judas hung himself— ending his own life.
Now once again, all of that trauma, all of that grief, all came back to Iscariot...
She pointed her axe at him, her voice crackling as it broke beyond its capability, "You were sold by me... then why... did you forgive me? Did you know how much guilt I felt?! Why didn't you hate me?! That would've been a better alternative!! I screwed you over! I committed the ultimate betrayal!! WHY?!"
"I am sorry, Judas... even with the wisdom I possessed, I cannot understand your heart fully.", he kept eye contact with the Sinner, and the Witness, who silently watched in the back.
"Jesus... my Former Lord and Light... even if you are someone coming from beyond this world...", she straightened her back, her eyes glowing with mixed emotions, "The human heart is complicated... you should've condemned me as God did, unconditional love is something this world isn't used to. I am the same, I couldn't accept your love... It is always give and take... I did nothing to deserve being by your side."
Jesus' smile widened a bit, "That makes you the most human out of all my Disciples. Even if God teaches those believing in us to be better, to live and strive for goodness... well, I think that was the reason why They came."
Jesus thought about the time he was nailed to the cross, five wounds were inflicted on him. His two hands, both his feet... and his torso, were pierced by a spear.
Longinus was the name given to the man who pierced Jesus' heart. Who then became a legend in known history as Saint Longinus.
But the truth is... there was no such man named Longinus. Because the one who pierced Christ was The Pale Court themselves.
The glowing sun-like eyes, show the absolute power of the most unhinged Eldritch God, whose Conviction burned countless worlds across the Universe
"Our Lord and Light, The Pale Court have nothing to do with this. This is my own personal conflict...", her axe pointed at Jesus, a mask slid out from both sides of her face, covering her expression with a bnk white mask carrying the glowing symbol of a bow pointing down.
"It seems like you are trying to kill me, Judas. Will you follow through this time?"
"Of course..."
The air became silent, as Iscariot began to chant.
"Shemiss Aluqdim, They who create Life.Every life is under your authority, your design.A tyrant to all, who Judged others for their fws,Yet to your Children, you are kind and benevolent.By the Judgement of your Pale Court,Countless realms were silenced.
Shemiss Aluqdim, The Ancient Light.Your light is one of warmth and comfort,Your light is one of destruction and misery. To your Children a gentle yet unknown Guardian,To those Fakes a cruel yet just Warmonger. You who Pierced the Almighty,You who Inspired the Lords of Life.
Shemiss Aluqdim, The Court of Judgement.Tempte of Life in your grasp,A Father protecting their Children,A Mother caring for their Borns.Judge those who imitate Life,Burn them down with your Verdict."
She brought her axe up high, then she swung it—
"Shemiss Aluqdim, My Lord and Light.Grant them their Sentence,For I shall be their Finality."
—and she brought it down.
But the axe did not hit Jesus, as a man with ticking clocks for irises blocked her with his cane. He pushed her strike away, making her stumble back.
"Hello, Judas.", John Titor smiled, acting calm as he struck the ground with his cane, "You have become more beautiful ever since the st time I saw you."
Iscariot did not speak a word, she only stared at John. Then she moved to the side— a purple energy beam came rolling at John and Jesus.
But both of them disappeared before the beam could hit them.
"You ran, huh. No matter... I will find you, and I will kill you. Even if John gets in the way...", she turned back to Judas, "We will split up. They could not have gone far..."
=0=0=
"I have confirmed their motive. Judas Iscariot is here to kill Jesus Christ.", I reported, "How should we proceed?"
I inhale another puff. Yes, I rolled another one since it helped me focus more.
[We wait.]
"What? Why are we waiting?", I frowned. I was so ready to get Fallen Starlight and Ars Goetia out.
[Our job is to minimize the damage and prioritize saving the people. The Mu Action Squad is coming too, so let them deal with the crisis on their nd. If things get too far then we will step in.]
"How far is too far? Because an energy beam just went through the main building.", I asked, my fingers tapping the stone, "What can they do against a Herald anyway?"
[Don't get involved. Soon the White Dragon of Saxon will make its move, so just bear with it.]
Hah... I thought I would have fun. Why am I listening to them anyway?
I raised my left hand up, "Open, Gate of Akasha. Barrel Pointed at God, Fallen Starlight."
Opening an inky bck portal, I pulled out Fallen Starlight, pointing it at the white Automaton.
"The two had split up to look for Christ, white is ten o'clock and the other is at three o'clock.", I continue my report.
[We have visual confirmation on White, Omegius will keep an eye on them. Keep on reporting the movement of Bck.]
"Bck is moving towards the building at two o'clock."
[The Dragon is coming out— there is another signal! This is... Tindalos! The Beasts of Time!]
A man in Scandivanian clothes, fur colr and all, stood in the middle of the road, he crossed his arms and roared, sending a signal to everyone to run away. Saying this isn't something they can handle.
But kids will still be kids, some are smiling and looking around to find the intruder. They don't know anything.
Then I see a muscur man in dark blue spandex with a neon red pattern resembling a spider... Man of Tindalos, running along the shade to not be spotted in the sunlight.
"This is going to get hectic—", I spotted someone else, Amelia.
What is she doing?
"Things are going to get rough from here on out.", I smiled, taking another puff.
Aah~ this shit hit.
"Guys, I will join this mosh pit! Nobody will know..."
Bzzzt—
Someone else is interfering with the communication.
[Greetings, protectors in the shadow. I am Iscariot, the Sinner who Betrayed the Son of God. This might sound bad coming from my end, but please do not interfere with my personal agenda. I will not harm any of you, even if you attack us, as per the order of our Lord and Light.]
"Oh no, I will not attack you... I already had someone in my sight...", I smiled, taking another puff, "Tindalos is my target..."
[If so, then do as you pleased, Oh dy with a calm and soft voice yet bare fangs against Time itself.]
She talks a lot.
"There you have it.", I shrugged, "I will be dealing with the Man of Tindalos, think of it as pest control..."
Before they could say anything, I ripped my earpiece out.
I take one st puff, burning the rest of the cigarette to the end... I really shouldn't be doing something like this, but why should I care anyway?
"His Final Gift to Humanity.", I began channeling the power of Justice into Fallen Starlight, awakening it.
"Born from Our Blood and Labor.", a single bullet formed inside from the Justice Mist.
"Reforged by the Akasha.", I pointed the Barrel up into the sky...
"Fallen Starlight.", and I pulled the trigger.
By the Rite of Steel and Gunpowder, I pronounce your Destruction.
