"Lay, why are we doing this again?", the Man of Tindalos, who had taken the name Miguel, compined to the orange prism spider.
"A Herald is trying to kill an Eldritch God, while our Target is trying to defend said Eldritch God. We go it, slice and dice, eat our meal, then retreat back into the cracks of time. In and out, before The Pale Court can reach us.", the prism spider expined.
"Alright then, open up a Rift—"
Before he could finish his order, eight beams of light flew towards him. He slipped into an angle between the wall and the ground, moving into the building, still running.
"What was that?! Lay!!", Miguel went into a panic.
Lay was also panicking, "The Anchor! It's the Anchor!! We have to run!! Go go go!!"
Beams of light followed them, breaking through the windows, and weaving through the cssrooms like a strange dance.
"She is pying with us!", he yelled while dodging the incoming beams, sinking into the angles, moving from floor to floor.
"I think that's just how these things work.", Lay retorted.
"I don't care! How the fuck do we escape them?!"
"Working on it!", several holographic screens appear around Lay, it looks around, calcuting all past records. It was not happy with what it found.
"What did you find?!", he urged, jumping over a beam that almost hit him.
"They will trace us to the end of the world, it's super effective against Non-Earth entities!! A weapon powered by racism!!"
"WHAT?! Shit, Lay! Open a Rift, quickly! If we can cut off our presence for a moment—"
Before Miguel could continue, a chilling presence dawned upon him. He felt his body burn, from the inside and out.
"—Trailbzer of Evil and Destruction, You who shall Bring Ruin.", a calm voice echoes throughout the entire building, sending chills down the Tindalos' back.
"The Embers of Ambition Alight.", that voice was filled with sadism and angst. Never in history, has there been someone so... evil.
"All shall Sing the Melody of The End...", giggles reverberates.
Then the heat intensified to an unbearable degree. Walls are catching on fire, woods are melting from the sheer heat alone.
"Anima Pactum... Akashic Malice."
Only by the fact that the Beasts of Time can handle extreme environmental changes, are they still standing.
"R-Rift opened!! Quick!!", Lay yelled.
Miguel jumped backward into a Rift in reality. Before it closed entirely, he saw her.
Glowing bright red eyes, filled with nothing but malice for everything around her. A coat dyed in the color of blood, with a cape made of fire on her left shoulder. Right hand wielding a silver spear with red Runes and lines spiraling along its body, and a dull grey rifle glowing red on her left. The embodiment of human evil and hatred.
At least they will be safe for a short while—
"Oh no you don't.", she smiled, "Escation Level One: Melody of Destruction."
A beam of searing fme erupted, tearing into the Rift in reality. As the Malice of Humanity can reach anywhere, like a wildfire spreading its embers...
Like an infection.
"Rift ruptured!! It's too dangerous to remain here!! We have to make an exit immediately!!"
They were forcefully expelled from the Rift to outside, outside of the building, outside in the open, with the oppressing light of The Pale Court bearing down on them.
"The Pale Court has spotted us.", Lay mutured. A sense of doom dawned on it as it stared at the Sun.
Just before they can take in the gravity of the situation, the wall bursts into fire by a beam of fme, evaporating by the heat alone.
"We are doomed, aren't we?", the prism spider dropped its mandibles.
"Not quite...", Miguel stood up, looking at the burning figure, Charlotte Silvi, the Anchor dividing the Past and Future, "There is a way for us to live..."
The Beasts of Time exists outside of the flow of time. They are not bound by death as those who exist in the flow are. Anything less than the eradication by Judgement cannot kill them completely.
Soul split into multiple timelines and outside of time... so even if they cannot complete their mission, as long as Charlotte kills them before The Pale Court arrives, they will not die permanently.
But... the personality of Miguel does not allow him to back down from a fight. Neon red cws extended from Miguel's fingers as he approached Charlotte.
"Ah~ you don't want to run anymore, spider man?", Charlotte giggles, a sadistic smile fully blooming on her face, "Perfect, a prey that doesn't fight back is extremely boring~"
"Escation Level Two: Path of Ruination."
Her shoes caught on fire. The heat only intensified, and she made her move.
She charged at triple her normal speed, as her feet generated more than enough heat to counterbance gravity, forcing herself upward— moving with zero friction.
Her nce came in contact with the cws of the Man of Tindalos. They brushed against each other, repelling each other. The power to protect the World is something that countered the Cws of Time completely.
As the Lance of the World is not a weapon for offense, but defense instead. From its bulky build and length, going for close combat is the st thing someone should do, with one hand too.
But this is Charlotte, she does impractical things just for fun, even against an Eldritch Being capable of deleting existence with its cws.
"Escation Level Three: Dance of Annihition."
Instantly, the prism spider that was hanging on Miguel's shoulder, was vaporized by the intense heat. Charlotte swung her nce like a bat, then she spun around— creating a vortex of fire to push Miguel back. Just at the right distance...
And through the vortex—
"In the Name of Humanity!", the nce went through, fire spiraling along the body, "O' Evil, Devour All—!!"
The nce of fire shot out a pilr of fme, and Miguel was hit at point bnk— fortunately, he blocked that hit with his arms... burning them to a crisp.
Not giving the Man of Tindalos a chance to recover, Charlotte stabbed forward, a sadistic smile and crazed eyes clear on her face.
Between her and Miguel, it was hard to tell who was the monster here...
His body was charred, burned to ashes as this form could not take it anymore.
But he still gave Charlotte the middle finger and said, "I will... be... back..."
"I await for your comeback, Man of Tindalos.", she swung her nce to the side as if to get rid of blood, then rested it on her shoulder.
Charlotte gnces to the side, seeing Amelia walking closer. There was something different about her since her brown hair turned into a golden glow... like the sun itself.
"You have enough fun already, Charlotte.", she said sternly, giving the girl a warning.
"Why~ should I stop? Can you even stop me?", Charlotte crackled, "I want to commit so~ so much violence."
"Violence is never the answer, Charlotte.", a sword of fire appeared in Amelia's hand.
"But it sure as hell is a solution.", Charlotte retorted, with fire beginning to swirl around her as another vortex began to form.
"So there is no talking you out of fighting?", she frowned.
"Nope~ Hehahaha~!! I wanted to challenge Kortigern, but the Records of Mercury is enough...", fire ignited around her, forming wisps of fme dancing all around, "Let's see which civilization is stronger... mongrel."

Iscariot observed from afar, seeing two pilrs of fme rise up, cshing against each other. One bore the red crimson glow of destruction, the other a golden radiance of a civilization that once existed.
They are indeed powerful, as she can feel the heat from way over where she is now.
"There is too much interference in the air with all of these powers cshing...", she said to herself, looking up into the sky, where she spotted eight beams of light going around.
They carried the same power of the white veins seen on Christ... they are the cause for his damages.
So Iscariot tracked the beams, following them with her crimson bionic eyes. Soon, she found them going after the bck building erected out from the side of the volcano wall...
The beams gathered, piercing something inside. Then they went up to the sky, forming into a single bullet— and dropped onto the building.
Like a fallen starlight.
"Soulmate of Mine, I have an idea where our previous Lord is. Today we will finish our hunt swiftly, or else we cannot call ourselves the Hunter of Melosal anymore...", Iscariot smiled, twinkles of light glowed around them in the form of miniature crosses...
She pointed her axe at the ominous bck building, "The Time of Insurrection Hath Come, We are they who Surrendered Existence."
Every Herald has a power given by their Eldritch God, representing their origin and where they belonged. It is the same for a Jury of the Pale Court.
The power to target the soul, homing onto it.
She sees two souls inside that building, both carrying the glow of those beyond the Oort Cloud.
"Let the hunt begin."
Iscariot unched at incredible speed, breaking the sound barrier. Like a bullet flying through the air, she crashed through the bck building—
"Shemiss Aludqim, my Lord and Light. Please forgive me for killing one of your precious children.", she swung her axe and mace— decimating the interior of the building, cleaving it in half with the power of The Pale Court.
Then chains shot out from everywhere, binding all of Iscariot's limbs, and hanging her up into the air.
John Titor appeared out of the wreckage, brushing his formal clothes. Calmly, he smiled and put his cane down in front of Iscariot.
"You are a tough one, Judas. Being a Herald is the st thing I ever thought about when it comes to you.", John said, trying to hide his heavy breaths.
"I could say the same for you too, John. I never thought you would hate flirts with me, how does it feel anyway? From a fisherman to the most influential Apostle, you became quite the pyboy.", Iscariot said casually.
"You talk too much, Judas. Did becoming a Herald make your mouth loose?", he quipped up, keeping watch of her at all times.
"A lot of things change when you meet the True God of this world, unlike that fake... and thank you for talking with me."
Then John realized what she was doing, Iscariot was stalling for time.
The entire building rumbled, going down in one fell swoop— at the bottom, Judas was standing there, punching the ground creating miniature earthquakes, destroying the foundation.
The chains loosen, enough for Iscariot to swing her weapons around— cutting them all. Then she went ahead and attacked John, who was confused about what just happened.
Just before Iscariot hit him, a sudden crimson beam of fire hit her— knocking her into the wall. Taking this chance, John stopped time and moved away...
"That really packed a punch, did it not?", Iscariot compined as she peeled herself from the wall, "Soulmate of Mine, could you please tell me where did that attack fucking come from?!"
She hopped down, looking up at the giant bck mecha, her other half.
"The Akasha is fighting against the Records of Mercury, that is what I assumed after seeing them and hearing their conversation.", he replied, kneeling down and opening his cockpit.
"So a stray shot? What even was that fire?! Now my clothes are ruined!", she pouts under her mask.
Stepping inside, she connected with Judas as wires pierced right into her ports. They became whole once again...
And their figure vanished as if they were never there, to begin with.

The sky began to crack... as a dark figure loomed behind the veils of existence moved.
