Teressa ughed out loud at the thought of this lowly hobgoblin imagining he could ever bee a Vampire to begin with!
All Vampires capable of turning others into their kind had full trol of such a transformation, and if they didn’t allow it, the target could drink all the blood they wanted and would urn into one.
This is the reason why there aren’t people turning into Vampires after stealing the blood from a dhampir or something.

“W-What the…? I’m growing stronger? Ah! I got new abilities?!” Gofumina was shocked. “Wait, what does it mean I’m a Pyer Unit now?! Did I bee part of some sort of Civilization game or something?”
“I-It says I am a General Unit…” Heracles said, scratg his head as he saw the System Notify him too. “I got… new Abilities, my Stats increased as well. But these abilities… they’re all reted to war? Most of them work when surrounded by my fellow goblins and soldiers.”

“Incredible, I didn’t expect this oute…” Vd was shocked. “Does that mean that even Pyers and other NPCs be assimited into the Territory System and bee “Units”? That’s… whoa. Kind of weird but cool at the same time.”
“Territory System?” Gofumina asked. “Hey Vd, tell me what the hell is going on!”
