Her words were pletely absolute; with a mere thought, giant invisible hands crushed their bodies and pushed them down instantly. The Emerald Knights felt their bones breaking and their ans exploding; their armor shattered and exploded.
“Uuuagghh! My Maiden…!”
“Long live… the Emerald Maiden!”
“Her return… she will return to us!”
“Even if we dieeee!”
CRAAASH!
Before they could tiheir pointless prattle, Camil mercilessly killed them without eveating, something Emerlinda found shog and a bit scary for such a young-looking girl.
She used her tremendous psychic power to crush them like bugs, making their bodies literally burst like balloons before the immense hydraulic press-like attack.
“W-Woah, Camil, you’re… strong…” Emerlinda swallowed saliva, shocked.
“I know,” Camil smiled cutely. “Brother trusted my strength, and he helped me grow as strong as I am now… Are you okay?”
“Yeah, I’m fine now… but Gofumina! She is still struggling against the corruption of the armor, and when I try to take it away, she’s…!” Emerlinda tried to unicate.
“Oh! Got it…!” Camil nodded. “Don’t worry, leave it to me!”
Camil extended her hands tofumina’s struggling body, only freen sparks of electricity to hit her hands.
However, Camil resisted the attacks by ing herself in her powerful psychic aura and began to attempt to forcefully remove the equipment.
A…
“Unnggh…! R-Run…! It’s no use!”
“Huh? But we —
SLAAASH!
Out of nowhere, the emerald sword wielded by Gofumina moved on its own, or, well, wielded by her!
Camil was almost decapitated, if it wasn’t because Emerlinda pushed her back a sed earlier.
“Hey! Why are you attag us?!”
Emerlinda and Camil stepped back as they saw the goblin girl slowly stand back up, gring at them with a furious expression on her face.
Her eyes had turned pletely green too, and the armor was growing rge, crystal-like growths, ing around her body to reinforce her small stature.
RUMBLE!
And from within her body, a massive, emerald-colored, phantasmal, and ghostly aura surged, growing rger as the corrupted ghostly souls of the Emerald Knights and the Emerald Padin flew into them, fusing with her aura.
The aura became gooey, made of her slime, spreading everywhere around Gofumina, like a deadly acid; every pnt or small animal was instantly ed by it!
There were tless crimsoentacles, jaws, tongues, and other disgusting things from within the ever-growing slimy aura…
Nobody would have imagined such a little vessel could harhis much power.
And…
[The {Maiden of the Emerald Sea} smiles, saying she has found the perfect vessel for her mayhem!]
[She begs you two to please enjoy it as much as possible; it’ll be delightfully exg!]
[She ot wait any longer! She must spread her body everywhere to let the world know her beauty and her delight!]
Eveity behind all of this was surprised by the amazing find!
SPLAAASH!
Gofumina’s monstrous, slimy aura expanded even further everywhere as Camil grabbed Emerlinda, and the two rushed into the skies, flying high and close to Vd and Chris.
“It’s spreading through the forest!” Emerlinda panicked. “If it gets too far, it’ll be detrimental to the entire life inside!”
“I don’t think that’s what matters now, though!” Camil said. “We have to tell Big Brother about this!”
The two rushed towards Vd, who was still too distracted fighting dozens of Dark Spirits with Chris. The two synized even more as they fought and battled, unleashing explosive shockwaves of elemental magic, slig sword attacks that engulfed foes into deadly underworld fmes, and explosive blood magic.
“How many corpses do we have so far?!” Chris asked, evading several attacks gracefully around the skies while shooting a dozen arrows made of light, exploding on the Dark Spirits and killing several on the spot.
At the same time, his trident moved around in the air, impaling his foes while releasing explosive lightning inside of their bodies for maximum damage.
BOOM! BOOM! BOOM! BOOM! BOOM!
“Probably around sixty or so!” Vd said, as he was suddenly surrounded by roughly twelve more Dark Spirits, Frenzied and Silent, and the third ype.
“Gyehehehehe!”
Lunatic Dark Spirits!
These strange Dark Spirits were ing and more intelligent, and also always ughed, were twice as big as the rest, and could trol and coordihe rest.
It always worked behind the other Dark Spirits, them to attad surround their foes, employing a great deal of different and straactics at that.
“Hmph!”
However, Vs was simply built differently; with his two swords, he unleashed a barrage of powerful sshing attacks, cleaving and slig through his foes no matter how big and strong they were.
“[Soul-Dev Underworld Bde Arts]: [Soul-Cleaving Scythe]!”
Both of his swords bined with his Aura, resembling a massive scythe that harvested the lives of his foes, cleaving them into perfect halves within seds.
SLAAASH! SLAAASH!
“[Shadow-Cutting Sword]!”
Then his entire body was enpassed by shadows, and so did his bdes, turning into pure darkness; he rushed everywhere, moving at lightning speed while cutting his foes entire bodies.
SLASH! SLASH! SLASH! SLASH!
“[Life-Draining Vampiric Bde]!”
And stly, his two swords became pletely red-colored, as his vampiric powers surged from his body as a mighty crimson aura, helping him rapidly drain the lifeforce of his foes for his own sustenance, allowing him to keep himself with high stamina for much longer.
CRASH! CRASH! CRASH!
As this happened, Vd and Chris noticed Emerlinda and Camil approag and also…
SPLAAASH!
The growing sea of emerald slime began to devour everything, including the Dark Spirits they were fighting, which melted away into the slime’s interior.
“W-What the hell is that thing?!” Chris screamed loudly, shocked and horrified. “It’s super yucky!”
“I-It’s a green slime?” Vd asked. “Wait, no, there’s a person ihis is… It’s her Aura?!”
“Her Aura?! No way!” Chris muttered. “Ah! Emerlinda! Camil!”
As they finally maroup, the two learned of what happened.
All while the tentacles crept towards them, the sky was no longer a safe pce.
[The {Maiden of the Emerald Sea} is rejoiced to see you!]
And Vd realized that this wasn’t a mere ce; something born from pure evil had arrived, interrupting what he imagined would be a peaceful hunting session.
