I was following Nix to the training room when a system notification popped up.

  [Error. A primordial being is interfering with the system.]

  Seeing as Nix also seemed to be surprised, I figured that I wasn't the only one seeing it this time.

  [System is experiencing technical difficulties. Please stand by.]

  This seemed slightly concerning. I don't think that I need to eborate on why.

  "Ohhh, cool! That's the first time I see that happen!" (Nix)

  "I'm pretty sure that the system breaking is not good thing." (Dragonfly)

  "Oh." (Nix)

  Her tail dropped down sadly when I said that. Not wanting to worry her, I was about to say something when Camity materialised in front of us.

  "The system having issues isn't a problem, just ignore it for a bit and it will be fine." (Camity)

  I did want to believe her, but I wasn't too convinced. This was quite literally something that would affect the entire world.

  "Why are you so sure that it's fine?" (Dragonfly)

  "Who knows?" (Camity)

  I was speechless at that answer. Nix, however, seemed to have seen Camity's nonsense as a legitimate question.

  "You." (Nix)

  "Correct." (Camity)

  Realising that we were not going to get her to answer that question, I decided to ask something else.

  "Did something simir happen before?" (Dragonfly)

  "No, this is the first time the system has shut down in recorded history. Oh, this is going to cause so much confusion. " (Camity)

  The witch's tail was wagging slightly. She was definitely excited about this. To be fair, her being happy about something that was likely going to cause rge ammounts of chaos was to be expected.

  [System update complete. Would you like to view the changelog?]

  I wasn't too sure about what a changelog was, but I figured that it probably wouldn't harm to see it.

  I wasn't going to just not check my status, obviously.

  "Why do you two get called camities and not me? This is unfair!" (Nix)

  "Dragonfly, you can check the title's description if you want to know why you got it. They give you all of the information you need." (Camity)

  What I saw upon taking a look upset me a bit, honestly.

  [Dragon of Camity : You have been recognised as a camity by a rge amount of individuals for one reason or another. Since you are not a true dragon, this title is unable to apply fully and will only provide a reduced buff to your draconic abilities. Your ability to intimidate others is also enhanced.]

  'The effects are good, but seriously? Don't put me in the same category as Camity!'

  Anyways, Nix seemed to have the opposite issue as she was mad that she was now the only one without a camity title. I didn't really get why not being considered as evil by people was bad, but sure. Her annoyed grumblings did stop rather quickly, however.

  "Yay, I just got a title called 'Fox of Camity'! The description says that I am cute enough to be a camity with just that!" (Nix)

  If someone had told me that any of this mess was going to happen 5 minutes earlier, I'd have assumed it was a joke. Unfortunately for me, I was there and whatever was going on was very real.

  I went through the rest of my skills while Camity congratuted her daughter on her new title. Most descriptions were exactly what you would expect, but a few were a bit strange. 'Blessing of ???' and '??? affinity' had no descriptions while 'draconic genetics' was...

  [Draconic genetics: This thing has like 500 different effects and I can't be bothered to write them all here. All you need to know is that it's really cool.]

  Yeah, it was not helpful in the slightest. I had hoped to get some actual information on my situation, but the system was zy, apparently.

  Finally, I took a look at my other title.

  [Collector of Shinies: Your love for all things shiny empowers you. Collecting shinies strengthens your dragon blood, somehow. Good things may happen if you get enough.]

  That was a good title. It even gave me an excuse to get treasure without needing to admit that my instincts were responsible. I decided that this was good enough to overlook the other title.
